 Details for Institutions

 
Procedure for an institution to participate in CIC-TEP:
  1. Appoint a CIC–TEP Liaison Officer.
  2. Submit the Tuition Exchange Program Registration Form.
  3. Submit payment for the $350 annual registration fee.
  4. Submit the An​nual Report Form (due in November of each year).
Participation Guidelines:
  • CIC–TEP institutions must be members of the Council of Independent Colleges. Institutions not currently members of CIC should contact CIC for membership information.
  • Participating institutions must register annually for the CIC–TEP network by completing the Tuition Exchange Program Registration Form and paying an annual registration fee of $350.
  • The Liaison Officer is responsible for verifying eligibility of export applicants and managing the approval process for import applications. His/her contact information is posted on the online list of participating institutions.
  • Institutions must be registered by June 30 of the year preceding any academic year that they import or export students.
  • Early registration provides maximum opportunity for student choice.
 

 TEP Forms

 
Forms for CIC–TEP participating institutions are available below.
  • Annual Report Form
    (To report exchanges in 2012-2013) The annual report form allows CIC to record all exports and imports among participating institutions. All participating institutions are asked to return this form by November 16, 2012.
  • Registration Form
    (For exchanges in 2013-2014) Each participating institution must register annually by filling out the TEP registration form and paying the annual fee of $350.
