​"Resources for Other Campus Leaders" is a guide to help identify current CIC meetings, programs, services, and resources that may be of greatest interest to campus leaders such as PR directors, department chairs, faculty, and other administrators.

  • Information Fluency in the Disciplines Workshops
    This series of workshops is intended to help institutions move beyond information literacy in general education to information fluency in humanities majors.
  • Senior Leadership Academy
    The Senior Leadership Academy helps prepare mid-level college and university administrators for future roles as vice presidents and cabinet officers.
  • Executive Leadership Academy
    The Executive Leadership Academy helps prepare experienced provosts and vice presidents to become successful presidents.
  • Ancient Greece in the Modern College Classroom
    This seminar offers faculty members an opportunity to extend their knowledge of ancient sources and develop strategies for incorporating them into their courses.
  • American History Seminar
    This intensive four-day seminar offers a unique opportunity for faculty members in history and related fields to debate a prominent American history topic with experts and colleagues.
  • Teaching European Art in Context
    This seminar series aims to strengthen the teaching of art history to undergraduates at smaller colleges and universities.
  • College Media Conference
    The College Media Conference, cosponsored by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), is CIC's annual conference for communications and public relations professionals on campus.
  • Workshops for Department and Division Chairs
    CIC offers the annual Department and Division Chair Workshops to strengthen leadership at the departmental level.

  • CIC/Collegiate Learning Assessment (CLA) Consortium
    ​In cooperation with the Council for Aid to Education (CAE), CIC continues to work with a consortium of institutions using the Collegiate Learning Assessment (CLA) instrument, an evaluation tool for learning more about the cognitive growth of students.
  • Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education (NetVUE)
    NetVUE fosters the exploration of vocation in college and university campus communities.
  • CIC Listservs
    CIC provides listservs for various campus constituencies. All of the listservs are reserved exclusively for staff from CIC member institutions.
  • Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellows
    The Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellows program brings prominent artists, diplomats, journalists, business leaders, and other nonacademic professionals to campuses.
  • Tuition Exchange Program
    The CIC Tuition Exchange Program (CIC-TEP) is a network of CIC colleges and universities willing to accept, tuition-free, students from families of full-time employees of other CIC-TEP institutions.
